As in all furniture, even the most durable furniture starts to degenerate over time. Due to old age, the appearance is affected. The wicker furniture will look old, dirty and unusable. If you find yourself in a similar position, do not throw away your wicker just yet. It may be that the furniture just needs a clean and brightening up, or it may be that it needs repairing before you can start any form of redecorating it. Use some wood glue where appropriate to stick loose ends back where they should be.
To clean your wicker, start with the vacuum. To clean the wicker furniture off any molds and mildew, you can use the mixture of 2 tablespoons of ammonia mixed in a bucket of water.
After you have scrubbed your furniture clean, you can then rinse your furniture piece with water. Follow this by wiping down the surface with a soft cloth and letting the wicker dry in the sun to prevent possible mold and mildew problems.

After decades of durable and reliable automatic samplers, Southwell finally produced a sampler light enough to carry even when full of water.
The new light-weight model from SIRCO, the PVS 4120, has a smaller pump and lighter battery than its big brother, the PVS 4100. It weighs a mere 23 pounds, undercutting the competition significantly.
The SIRCO vacuum-method of sampling achieves greater speeds and lifts than the peristaltic-method, which includes most of the water samplers on the market today. Speeds with the lightweight pump using 3/8” ID intake tubing can be as fast as 5 feet per second for a 25 foot draw. Although this is less powerful than SIRCO’s other water samplers, these speeds are still faster than peristaltic-pump samplers.
