[Best Syndication News] Skiff, LLC is looking to solve the newspapers industries slumping readership base. Newspapers have been scrambling to stay in business since the internet, but maybe with new ways to deliver the news via an ebook reader, they might be able to keep their customers, and remain profitable at the same time. The 2010 CES show has just concluded and the buzz is all about eBook readers and how they might be the next big thing in electronics. The Skiff eBook Reader is just one of around a dozen that are emerging into the marketplace. What makes the Skiff eBook reader interesting is the large format that would cater to the newspapers, magazines and more.
Imagine not having to treck outside in your PJ's any more to get you newspaper that was wet from the rain. Instead you subscribe to the newspaper and they give you an ebook reader to use while you are a subscriber. You make your cup of coffee and you pick up you ebook reader to scan through the headlines for the day. You don't have to worry about recycling the old newspapers. Which could be a bad thing if you use it for firewood kindling, or to train your puppy. The Skiff reader is aiming to go after this market, but so are a lot of other ebook readers.

(Best Syndication News) The 2010 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) opened with a bang this year with Steve Ballmer presenting a tablet developed by Hewlett Packard. The HP tablet / slate / reader uses the Windows 7 operating system, so it is no wonder why Ballmer picked it rather than the offerings from Dell.
Dell has come up with a small 5 inch tablet that includes a camera. It is uncertain whether the Dell Slate includes a phone, but it will likely have a stand. Apple will likely offer an iSlate later this month that is rumored to include an iPhone, iPod and computer. This presentation is expected to make the announcement on January 27th at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.

[Best Syndication News] Sears has partnered with Gazelle to issue gift cards in exchange for your old electronic equipment. Sears electronic trade in program is a further expansion of Gazelle who is the ones that have developed the idea of giving cash back for used digital cameras, cellphones, laptops, mp3 players, video games, PDAs , camcorders, GPS devices, gaming consoles, and more.
Depending on what condition the electronic is in is the amount of the gift card that will be issued. If you don't want a gift card from Sears you can get cash issued from Gazelle as well.
The process is pretty simple. You go to the website you tell them what you have, who you are, and the condition of the electronic that you want to trade in. Based on that they will give you an estimate of the amount that they will offer you for the trade in electronic items. If you want to do it then they will send you a box to send in the items at no cost to you, it is figured into the trade-in amount. Then when the box arrives you send in the item that you are trading in for cash. Once they receive the electronic device that you want to trade in, they will inspect it to see if it matches the condition that you told them. If it matches then they will send you the gift card or cash in the amount that was quoted to you.
