[Best Syndication News] A neighbor that lives about an apartment that Madonna lives in is suing because of loud music and rehearsing that vibrates the walls.

The neighbor was reported by ABC news story as complaining to the management about the noise since 2008 and nothing has been done. The noise is so loud that in the lawsuit that was filed on Friday in the New York State Supreme Court the formal complaint writes “ Madonna and one or more of her invited guests repeatedly dance and/or train in apartment 7A to unreasonable high decibel amplified music, causing noise and vibration to pour through the walls.”

According to a report by AP newswire, the management company has threatened to evict Madonna if she didn't quite it down.

[Best Syndication News] Could it be possible that singer/acrtress Miley Cyrus has something better to do than Tweet? It turns out that the news media is all up in arms over the fact that Miley Cyrus has deleted all of her tweets and her account on Twitter.

There was a reported 1.1 million subscribers to her Twitter account and according to the AP report her father was busy tweeting for her daughter to come back on and post again on the website.

It reminds me of that commercial where the parents are posting on Facebook and Twitter when their kids are standing right in front of them.

Maybe Miley Cyrus doesn't need that much exposure. Hopefully she keeps up her singing career and develops her acting career beyond Disney.

[Best Syndication News] Jack LaLanne is a pioneer for having an exercise TV show back in the 1950's. LaLanne is still in great shape as he celebrates his 95th birthday. He turned 95 on September 26th but had a public celebration in San Francisco. He is also out promoting a new book he has written called “Live Young Forever.”

LaLanne's exercise TV show aired between 1951 and 1985.

LaLanne was in San Francisco to celebrate his birthday because that is were he made did some of his dangerous physical stunts. He was born and raised in the city and is a part of the San Francisco history. When he was 41 years old he swam from Alcatraz to the shore of the city all while being handcuffed. When he was 60 he swam it again handcuffed but he also towed a boat loaded full of weights.

(Best Syndication News) Just when his career seemed back on track with a new series, “The Beast” which debuted in January on A&E, actor Patrick Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. One year and nine months after his diagnosis in January of 2008, the actor is dead at age 57, according to his publicist.

The actor touched many lives including many actors, actresses and news-people. Barbara Walters is quoted as saying "He fought the bravest battle and sadly lost. My heart goes out to his wonderful Lisa, his wife and soulmate for 34 years." He will be remembered by Kristy Alley who said "I will always cherish my amazing memories of Patrick ... we had so much fun together ... come back soon, Patrick, we need you here on earth."
