Paula Deen admits to having Type 2 Diabetes on NBC's 'Today' TV Show

(Best Syndication News) - Paula Deen, was on NBC’s ‘Today’ TV show this Tuesday morning and admitted publicly that she has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Deen said that she has been living with this condition for the past three years.

Al Roker interviewed Deen and asked her why it took so long to go public with the diabetes? Deen said that she wanted to be able to figure things out in her head first, and she did not have anything to give to her audience by going public until now.

Roker further pressured her by suggesting that she withheld the announcement because the foods she cooked are high fat foods that some consider unhealthy. Deen said that she didn’t agree, and said that her cooking shows would continue because people are not going to quit eating.

Angelina Jolie wore a gown that was loved by many. She wore a satin white gown with a red satin accent at the bust line. At the hip line, there were pleated gathers that fit her body frame well. Some called the look harsh, but it worked well for Jolie. She wore her hair upswept, wore matching red lipstick, and carried a matching red clutch.

Yahoo! to broadcast Tom Hanks’ ‘Electric City’ Animated Series Online

(Best Syndication News) - Yahoo! announced Monday that they will be partnering with Playtone and Reliance Entertainment to have exclusive online rights to broadcast the Tom Hanks’ animated series called “Electric City.” The animated series is a 90-minute long science fiction portrayal of a future society. Tom Hanks created and wrote the story and he stars in it.

The animated story offers an interactive experience for viewers. There will be behind-the-scenes programming and interactive games. The idea is to create a mystery and puzzle that will have viewers wanting to dig for more information.

The presentation with Justin Bieber is scheduled for January 11, between 1 – 3 pm.

(Best Syndication News) - ‘Twilight’ actor, Robert Pattinson, offered several shocking moments at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards that aired on TV last night. Pattison kissed Taylor Lautner and said co-star Reese Witherspoon was a one-third lesbian. He also made jaws drop when he said the F-bomb during the live televised event.

When Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart earned the “Best Kiss” award, instead of kissing each other, Pattinson went out into the audience and gave fellow actor, Taylor Lautner, a big kiss.
