Target announces exclusive Deluxe Edition version of P!nk’s ‘The Truth About Love’ Album

(Best Syndication News) - P!nk’s newest album, “The Truth About Love,” will be available at Target stores nationwide on September 18, 2012. The deluxe edition album will have four bonus tracks for this Target exclusive version. This is P!nk’s sixth studio album, which has arrived after her four year break from the stage.

In the Target exclusive album, the four bonus tracks included are “My Signature Move,” “Is This Thing On?” “Run,” and “Good Old Days.”

First Interplanetary Music Broadcast with Will.i.am's song ‘Reach For The Stars (Mars Edition)’

(Best Syndication News) - The first ever song was sent from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) to Mars and back again to Earth earlier today. There were 53 high school students from the i.am College Track Center, VIP guests, NASA and JPL officials, and Curiosity mission members present when the Will.i.am’s song “Reach for the Stars (Mars Edition)” was sent and received. The special event also paid tribute to the recent passing of legendary Astronaut Neil Armstrong, who made history by being the first man to walk on the Moon.

A video message from NASA Administrator Charles Bolden was played. He suggested students study science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). "Mars has always fascinated us, and the things Curiosity tells us about it will help us learn about whether or not life was possible there," Bolden said. "And what future human explorers can expect. will.i.am has provided the first song on our playlist of Mars exploration."

Barbra Streisand Collection of Previously Unreleased Recordings to be on New Album

(Best Syndication News) - Barbra Streisand will be sharing 11 songs that were not previously included on any other album. Her new album, which includes the unreleased songs, will be titled Release Me. The vinyl recording will be available on September 25 and the CD album will be available on October 9, 2012.

The songs date back to 1963 through the present day. The recordings came from Barbra Streisand's private music vault that stored the many recordings she has made over the last fifty years. Streisand had spent the last year going over all of her recordings to decide which ones to present on this album.

A 1970 recording of Jimmy Web's “Didn't We” will be on the album. It was recorded for the project titled The Singer. In 1967, Streisand recorded the standard, “Willow Weep For Me.” She recorded Randy Newman's “I Think It's Going Rain Today.”

Taylor Swift’s New Album to be released this Fall - First Single is Available Now

(Best Syndication News) - Taylor Swift will be releasing her fourth studio album Red on October 22, 2012. Swift made the announcement during a live YouTube discussion with her fans today. The six-time GRAMMY winner is only 22 years old and has much to say about love and romance in her songs.

The new album will have 16 songs. Swift collaborated with a few artists, producers, and songwriters on Red. In her last album, Speak Now, Swift wrote all the songs on it. This time around, she is working with others.

Taylor Swift revealed the cover to her new album at today's YouTube discussion. Swift explained that she was working on the new album for the last two years. She called the album Red because it reflected the “tumultuous, crazy adventures in love and loss that it chronicles.”

Google Listen to be discontinued

(Best Syndication News) - Google announced that they will be discontinuing Google Listen. The service was to help people find and listen to podcasts. The company said that since they launched Google Listen in August 2009, they now have something better called Google Play, which gives a wider variety of podcast apps to the user.

People that have Google Listen installed can continue to use it for podcast listening and searching until November 1, 2012. After that time, these users will not be able to use the search function.
