(Best Syndication News) -Nintendo unveiled the new Wii U system at the E3 Expo tradeshow which is going on this week in Los Angeles. The new video game console is expected to become available in 2012.

The new Nintendo Wii U video game console will have a new kind of controller. The controller looks like a combination between a controller and a tablet. The tablet has a display screen that will interact with the television screen. It has touch screen capabilities that will work with games by themselves as well. Examples given were drawing pictures on the controller and playing a video game, or an electronic version of the board game Othello.

The game controller also has a built in camera that will let you video conference. It is an interesting concept. Watch below the unveiling of the Nintendo Wii U at the E3 Expo.

IBM announced that the new Nintendo Wii U game console would be using their custom designed chips with IBM’s Silicon on Insulator (SOI) technology at 45 nanometers.
