Hair Dye Recall - List includes ten different shades of Clairol Natural Instincts

(Best Syndication News) - Procter & Gamble announced a voluntary recall of ten color shades of their Clairol Natural Instincts products because the ColorFresh! Revitalizer sachet could cause an unexpected color result. The Revitalizer is used two weeks after the primary hair coloring is completed. The recalled hair dye products were shipped in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
The main components used to dye the hair the first time is not involved in the recall, only the two week Revitalizer is the problem. There was no safety problems with the hair coloring kits and it was only because of the color results of the Revitalizer that prompted P&G to initiate the recall.
The company has notified all retailers of the product to withdrawal the products from the shelves. Consumers that have one of shades of hair color dyes that are listed in the recall can still use the kit, but should not use the ColorFresh! Revitalizer sachet and should discard that portion of the kit. Everything else in the hair coloring kit is safe to use and will color the hair correctly.

Only the colors listed above have a problem with the ColorFresh! Revitalizer. Any other colors from Natural Instincts that are NOT listed in this recall have the correct ColorFresh! Revitalizer sachet and can be used without any problems.
