[Best Syndication News] The Los Angeles County Coroner Office released a statement this Friday ruling his death as a homicide.
The cause of death was determined to be from a combination of the anesthetic propofol and the anti-anxiety drug lorazepam. The coroners office also reported that there were several other drugs in his system at the time of his death, which were midazolam, diazepam (as known as Valium), lidocaine, and ephedrine which is a stimulant and decongestant.
The full report has not been released because of the ongoing investigation being conducted by the police and district attorney's office. The attending physician to Michael Jackson at the time of his death was Dr. Conrad Murray who was reported by the NY Times as uncovering search warrants that were unsealed in Texas that described him as giving Jackson the prescription drugs intravenously. The reason was that Jackson was having insomnia.
Jackson has yet to be officially buried in his final resting place. The family were planning to bury him on his 51st birthday on August 29th, but later rescheduled the burial date to September 3rd. The Glendale Police will be on duty to secure the Forest Lawn cemetery where Jackson is to be reported to be laid to rest somewhere at the Great Mausoleum. The police are being paid for from the family to secure the area from fans that may try to attend this private family moment. TMZ reported that Sergeant Tom Lorenz said, “Don't even try and come, because you won't even be able to see the green of the Forest Lawn."
