[Best Syndication News] Brad Pitt has been active in the New Orleans Lower 9th Ward with rebuilding homes for people that lost homes in the city, so why wouldn't Pitt have a chance to win the role of Mayor of New Orlean?

Pitt doesn't think that he has a chance at winning the election he told NBC's Today Show interviewer, Ann Curry. Curry held up a t-shirt that said “ Brad Pitt for Mayor.”

It has been four years since Hurricane Katrina. Curry interviewed Pitt in a house that was rebuilt by his charitable organization that he is involved in. The Make It Right organization has the goal to build 150 homes by 2010 for those that were displaced from Hurricane Katrina.

Pitt told Curry that the houses are being built green. He said that there was 4,000 homes that were lost in the hurricane. He said that many of the people have extremely low utility bills because of the green building technology implemented on the homes that his organization built.

Curry asked if he seen the t-shirt. There is a rendering of him with the slogan for his bid for mayor. Pitt keep telling Curry that he doesn't have a chance.

"I'm running on the gay marriage, no religion, legalization and taxation of marijuana platform,” Pitt added again, “I don't have a chance."
