(Best Syndication News) eBay has angered their best sellers over the past couple years with changes to their price structure. Some sellers have experimented with other programs including Amazon and Yahoo. Their latest changes, although not pleasing to everyone, have been less objectionable according to a survey from AuctionBytes.
Some recent changes include the way their search works, the way the Power Seller banner is displayed and the final valuation fees. eBay charges two types of fees: A listing fee and a final valuation fee. Sellers are charged just for listing their items. If the item sells, they are charged a fee based on the value of the item.

eBay is constantly weighing the benefits of both the seller and the buyer. If the sellers get frustrated, the buyers will quit showing up. If the buyers quit showing up, the sellers will move somewhere else.
For smaller sellers or those just getting started, it appears that the listing features are more important. These features like bolding, colors etc make some items stand out in the search results. eBay is discontinuing
1) Gift services
2) Border, Highlight
3) Featured Plus
4) Home Page Featured
5) Pro Pack
Only 14 percent of those surveyed thought that was a bad idea. But 43.8 thought it was a good idea and 42.2 percent were neutral or didn’t care. Some veterans think the listing features were a waste of money.
